Where do you ship from?
We ship from the node closest to your signal.
We operate fulfilment partners across the US, UK, and EU.
Your order is deployed from the nearest active node for maximum speed and minimal borders.
If a node is offline or out of stock, the packet (your gear) is rerouted through the next secure region in the network.
Fast. Quiet. Local whenever possible.
What is the return policy?
We don’t do fast fashion, so every piece is made to order. That means we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you expected — we’ll replace it or refund it. No corporate scripts. Just straight answers.
When will i get my order?
United States:
3–8 business days after fulfillment.
Canada:
5–12 business days.
United Kingdom & EU:
4–10 business days.
Australia / Rest of World:
7–20 business days depending on location.
Fulfillment time:
Every piece is made-to-order (usually 2–7 business days).
Total estimated delivery time = fulfillment + shipping.
A note from the shadows:
If OptiCorp sneaks in a reroute or a local facility is overloaded, your order may take slightly longer — but it will get to you.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted — safer than your search history. We never store your payment details, and the only data we care about is the one stitched into your shirt.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Give it a quick scan before checkout — your future self will thank you.
Our blanks are premium, true-to-size cuts across T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts. No shrink-to-nothing fast-fashion nonsense. If you usually sit between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a more relaxed fit.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Every order includes tracking once it ships. You’ll get a link the moment your package leaves the fulfillment node. We don’t do mystery deliveries — OptiCorp already does enough of those.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You’ve got a small window. Each piece is made to order, so once production starts we can’t make edits or cancellations. If you spot an issue, message us immediately and we’ll do what we can before the machines spin up.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US, UK, and Canada.
Orders automatically route to the closest active fulfillment node (US or UK/EU) for faster delivery.
We’ll expand to more regions soon — the rebellion is spreading.
